Shopping for a leather purse with the features you want

Wherever you go to buy a leather purse, the same questions are going to come up again and again. The first is whether to go for a well known designer, for something that is going to be out of fashion at some point, and possibly also sacrifice features in favor of style, or whether to buy a leather purse from an outlet that specializes in bags, but that is not a designer brand.

By and large, the most fashionable items do not tend to be the most practical, and a leather purse is no exception. It is hard to find one from a top designer which is also festooned with the kind of carrying features that today's woman will need.

Dressier events and eveningwear tends to call for a more subdued color than general daywear, and the accessories have to follow the lead set by the clothes.
